Payment and Cancellation Policy

Please read carefully

Upon booking with Riad Sapphire and Spa the client explicitly agrees to the payment and cancellation terms and conditions as set out below.

Payment Policy

25% deposit required to secure the booking.The remainder is payable two weeks prior to arrival.For short-term bookings (i.e. arrival within 4 weeks) the remainder is payable in the riad.For bookings for the whole riad, a 50% deposit is required. The balance is payable 14 days prior to arrival.

Payments in advance can be made via Paypal (where you can use your credit card to pay) or by bank transfer. The riad will supply payment instructions. Payments in the riad can be made in cash or by credit card (Mastercard, Visa or Maestro). Payments by credit card will be made in Dirhams at the prevailing rate of exchange.

Credit Card

In any event, a valid credit card is required by Riad Sapphire and Spa to guarantee a reservation. This guarantee may be made confidentially by secure server at the time of making a reservation online or by sending a fax to Riad Sapphire and Spa.

The credit card will only be debited using the credit card details provided, if a payment or cancellation fee is due under the terms of our payment and cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for bookings for individual rooms

For notice given:

  • Between 10 days to noon on day before Arrival day (CET – Central European Time): 25% of total amount
  • 24 hours or less prior to noon on Arrival day (CET), premature departure or no-show: 100% of total amount

Cancellation Policy for bookings for whole riad

For notice given:

  • Between 14 days and noon on day before Arrival day (CET): 50% of total amount
  • 24 hours or less prior to noon on Arrival day (CET), premature departure or no-show: 100% of total amount

The credit card will only be debited using the credit card details provided, if a payment or cancellation fee is due under the terms of our payment and cancellation policy.

We advise that you arrange travel insurance to avoid problems.
